Property Managers Charlotte Farley and Tara Gibbons have achieved the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFoPP) QCF Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management.
The Technical Award, which is a nationally recognised industry qualification, meets the Association of Residential Letting Agents’ (ARLA) membership requirements for those looking to join the Association as a member agent. ARLA is the UK’s foremost professional body for letting agents. It aims to promote better regulation and higher practice standards in the UK private rented sector.
Charlotte and Tara have been working as letting agents at serenliving for the past 8 years.
Emily Samuel, Letting agency manager, comments:
“It was important for our property managers to secure this recognised qualification, it not only is a personal achievement but also a mark of professionalism and trust; it provides reassurance to tenants and landlords dealing with serenliving that the agency adheres to the highest professional standards, and that employees are qualified and knowledgeable letting agents”.
Serenliving Lettign Agency is among a growing number of agents across the UK working with ARLA and the NFoPP Awarding Body to become qualified and raise standards within the industry.
Melfyn Williams, Chair of the Governing Body, adds:
“The NFoPP QCF Level 3 Technical Award is a regulated qualification ideal for candidates wanting to improve existing knowledge in the key areas related to residential letting and property management. The NFoPP Awarding Body is committed to raising standards within the residential letting and property management sector through the provision of accredited, nationally recognised qualifications, such as the Technical Award Charlotte and Tara have achieved.”
David Cox, Managing Director of ARLA, concludes:
“ I congratulate Charlotte and Tara on their achievement of the Level 3 qualification. ARLA strives for better regulation in the private rented sector, with the support of letting agents across the UK recognising the need for higher standards and integrity in the sector, gaining an NFoPP qualification counts as a real stamp of professionalism and supports the drive for better practice within the industry”.
