Serenliving’s lettings agency is not content to sit back and wait for potential customers to come to them. Operating in such a highly competitive market, they have found ditching the desks and hitting the roads can be a very effective way to raise awareness of their great service, and can also be rather enjoyable!

First port of call was the popular Usk Show, with thousands of people through the gates, it was a real opportunity to spread the Serenliving message. It was a fantastic day with plenty of sunshine and the popular ‘win a pink wheelbarrow full of goodies competition’ certainly proved a winner.

On 7th and 8th October we grasped the opportunity to exhibit at the Welsh landlord and letting show in Cardiff City Hall for the second year running. Our unique room set certainly captured people’s attention and proved very popular with both landlords and exhibitors, particularly our comfy sofa and free bon bons! Having a presence at the landlord and letting show, which is dedicated to serious property professionals, with a year on year increase in footfall particularly proved a fantastic opportunity to market our services to landlords.
