I am writing to express my recommendation of Seren Living in helping both market our flat and
make sure we had the best suited tenant. I engaged Seren Living at the beginning of February 2020
to market and manage our 2 bed flat in Cardiff Bay.
From the onset they were friendly, knowledgable and proactive in making sure every detail was
taken care of. They did this amid the beginning of lockdown and went above and beyond
particularly staff member Lucy who was doing her level best to make everything happen.
Although we have had to put the move on hold due to the lockdown situation, the tenant is still
waiting and ready to go. This has been a great comfort and we are very grateful for all the help and
support. Nothing is too much trouble and they go above and beyond.
I have been very happy with their service especially under the current extreme situation and
wholeheartedly recommend Seren Living for the quality of service and integrity of operations.
