Emily Samuel – Pobl Letting Agency Manager
Emily manages the letting agency and ensures the smooth running of the business. Emily has a passion for property and loves overseeing such a dedicated team. It is refreshing to be offering such an honest and different service. Being not for profit really allows us to give the best possible service to our landlords and contract holders.
Lucy Rosser – Senior Negotiator
Lucy is the Senior Negotiator at Pobl Letting Agency. She works with private Landlords in the marketing and new business for the Letting Agency and also any new properties bought in via government schemes. Lucy has worked within the housing industry for over 20 years.
Rebecca Greenslade – Property Manager
Siobhan Carroll – Property Manager
Siobhan is a property manager at Pobl Letting Agency. Siobhan manages the landlord rent accounts, finance and property maintenance but you may also see her carrying out inspections and end of occupancy inspections from time to time.
Tara Frame – Property Manager
Tara is a property manager at Pobl Letting Agency. Tara’s main focus is managing the rent accounts and occupancy contracts, but you may see her carrying out inspections to ensure our contract holders and landlords are happy with our properties and our service.
Stephanie Jenkins – Property Manager
Stephanie is a property manager at Pobl Letting Agency, Stephanie carry’s out the referencing process and completes the sign ups to help people move into their new homes. Stephanie also supports contract holders during their occupancy and organises maintenance and safety certificates required.
Krystle Saunders – Lettings Negotiator
As the negotiator, Krystle’s role is the letting process of properties on behalf of Landlords and Pobl Homes and Communities, from carrying out the shortlist to viewing the property.
Robert Kelso – Lettings Negotiator
As the negotiator, Rob’s role is to arrange and carry out viewings for the properties we manage. Once a contract holder is found Rob will then complete an inventory for the property and during the occupancy carry out property inspections.
Laura Skiffington – Lettings Administrator
Laura is the administrator for Pobl Letting Agency, Laura helps contract holders who wish to end their occupancy, sets up the new occupancy contracts on our system and helps the team with any admin. Laura also writes the blogs for our website and creates content for our social media pages.
